We are seeking a talented data-driven Marketing Analyst who is committed to ongoing learning and development, and passionate about leveraging data to drive marketing strategies and business growth. The successful candidate must be legally entitled to work in Canada and reside in Saskatchewan.
As the Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data, supporting website performance, and enhancing our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and be adept at using various tools to provide actionable insights. You will be integral in optimising our marketing campaigns and ensuring our website and online effectiveness. The successful candidate will be an expert in this area and be comfortable working under limited direction.
The salary range for this position is $61,181 to $76,458 based on qualifications and experience.

Your SPARK:
• Post-graduate degree or diploma in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business or a related field plus 3-4 years of relevant experience with digital marketing or data analysis.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools and Google Analytics.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (E.g., SQL, Tableau, PowerBi).
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and basic coding (E.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Proficiency in coding languages such as R or Python is considered an asset.
• Experience with A/B testing and other experimental design methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, time management, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Proven success working in a collaborative and team environment.

• 1-3 years of experience as a consumer lender or in a financial institution. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

• Working knowledge of legislative requirements associated with deposit account opening and lending.

We may ask you to fill out an additional employment assessment after the interview. All the information needed to access the assessment will be given to you at this time.
