We are looking for an individual with payroll and benefits experience to join our growing team! This term runs until July 2026.
As HR Coordinator, you’ll manage onboarding, payroll, and benefits, while supporting daily HR operations and employee services. You’ll report directly to the HR Manager, and support recruitment in a limited capacity. Prior HR or payroll experience is preferred.
The starting salary range for this position is $61,788 to $67,242 and is based on experience.

Your SPARK (Skills and Qualifications):
• Minimum Grade 12 with preference given to individuals with post-secondary education.
• Working experience with Dayforce (Ceridian) or a similar HRIS is a strong asset.
• Intermediate or above average Excel skills and the ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines, organization skills and attention to detail.
• High EQ and empathy to work with various individuals and maintain privacy and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently or on a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.

After the position closes, our HR team will work hard to create a short list of candidates. If you are selected for an interview, we'll contact you directly to set up a mutually agreeable time. Your interview will be conducted by a member of our HR team and the department manager. You should expect the interview to take between 45-90 minutes, depending on the complexity of the position. We may ask you to fill out an additional employment assessment after the interview. All the information needed to access the assessment will be given to you at this time.
After we have completed all the interviews and received all the assessments, we will make our decision. You will be contacted from a member of our HR team, whether you were our chosen candidate or not.
