Aviso Wealth is seeking a highly organized individual with exceptional administrative skills to join our team as a Wealth Associate. The individual we are seeking should be local or within a reasonable commute to Weyburn, SK.
As a Wealth Associate, you will work behind the scenes to ensure our Aviso Wealth office operates smoothly. You will provide administrative support to the Aviso Wealth Advisors by contacting and coordinating client appointments and processing financial transactions and documentation for a variety of insurance and investment products.
The salary range for this position is $49,368 annually.

As the Credit and Risk Operations Manager, you will provide leadership in credit and risk operations, legal recovery, and departmental management. Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer and managing risk specialists, you will ensure adherence to credit policies, oversee complex portfolio management processes, and contribute to the development of lending strategies and products that support WCU’s goals. This role requires strong judgment, collaboration across departments, and a focus on delivering excellent experiences to both internal teams and external members. We require someone experienced, flexible, and ready to work in an environment where tasks and processes may be unique and still evolving.
The salary range for this position is $84,667 to $116,416 and is commensurate on experience.

As the Technology Manager, you will provide operational leadership for WCU’s IT Department consisting of Analysts and End-User support personnel, ensuring day-to-day excellence in technology services and infrastructure. You will manage IT staff, oversee core systems, and execute technology strategies under the guidance of the VP of Technology. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to foster collaboration across departments while maintaining a member-first approach.
The starting salary range for this position is $84,667 to $105,833 and is commensurate on experience.

The individual we are seeking should be local or within a reasonable commute to Weyburn, SK.
As a Contact Centre Rep, you are integral to the success of WCU. Under the general supervision of the Contact Center Manager, the Contact Centre Rep will deliver exceptional member service and provide solutions to meet out members’ financial goals and needs. You will be responsible for receiving member phone calls and emails. You will attend to requests and solve problems in a courteous and professional manner. Your work will focus primarily on completing requests related to retail or personal accounts, basic investment products, cards, and online banking.
The starting salary for this position is $44,880 annually.
