As an MSR, you will be an integral part of the ‘Frontline’ and to the success of the WCU. Under the supervision of the MSR Supervisor, the MSR will process routine teller/cash transactions, respond to general inquiries and concerns, and recommend the appropriate financial products to assist members. You will deliver exceptional member service and provide solutions to meet out members’ financial goals and needs.
The salary for this position is $23.21per hour.

Your SPARK:
• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, with preference given to individuals in Business or Commerce programs.

• Previous work experience in a customer service role will be considered an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a high level of oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with or comfortable handling cash.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to build and sustain effective working relationships with staff, members, and community.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong technical skills to join our team as a Retail Support Rep over the summer term from May 2025 through August 2025!
As a member of the retail support team, you will be working behind the scenes to ensure WCU operates smoothly. You will be responsible for document imaging, office filing, mail functions, and other tasks required to support the department. You must be willing to accept new challenges and learning opportunities.
The salary for this position is $21.56 per hour.

After the position closes, our HR team will work hard to create a short list of candidates. If you are selected for an interview, we'll contact you directly to set up a mutually agreeable time. Your interview will be conducted by a member of our HR team and the department manager. You should expect the interview to take between 45-90 minutes, depending on the complexity of the position. We may ask you to fill out an additional employment assessment after the interview. All the information needed to access the assessment will be given to you at this time.
After we have completed all the interviews and received all the assessments, we will make our decision. You will be contacted from a member of our HR team, whether you were our chosen candidate or not.

Making a Difference in our Community
