As the Finance Analyst, you will play an integral role in supporting our Finance team. Under the general supervision of the CFO, you will be responsible for analyzing the financial and operating results of WCU. You will prepare reports for the CFO and other mangers and assist the Finance Manager with regular reporting and budgeting tasks. The candidate must possess both technical expertise and practical experience. However, we are open to developing a candidate who demonstrates strong competencies and potential. The salary range for this position is $62,400 to $77,976 and is based on experience.

Degree or Diploma plus 4-6 years of job-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Finance education is a plus!

Attention to detail including strong accuracy and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Excel or other financial modeling programs.

Previous financial analysis or accounting experience is required.
